About the Teachings

Patanjali’s teachings illuminate how our thoughts can obscure our natural state of happiness. Through the process of disidentification — learning to observe thoughts rather than be ruled by them — we begin to understand the true nature of suffering and the yogic path toward freedom. Yoga practices support this inner shift, helping us cultivate clarity, steadiness, and a deeper connection to our own inner wisdom.

Practical Application

This workshop includes guided meditation, breathwork, mantra practice, and asana to help you integrate philosophical concepts with lived experience. Each session blends theory with practice so you can feel how these teachings come alive in your body, breath, and mind.

I hope you’ll join me for this meaningful exploration of yoga’s deeper teachings and how they can enrich your practice and your life. I’d be honored to have you there.
