About Triad Yoga Institute
Breathe, relax and evolve at Triad Yoga.
The Triad Yoga Institute was established in 1999 by co-owners Terry Brown and Jerry Cunningham. We have come a long way since our first studio opened on South Elm Street in downtown Greensboro, moving and expanding our studio space to our present location on West Market Street in January, 2011. We are fortunate to have many of the best yoga intructors in the area teaching at TYI, offering a variety of classes for every student of yoga from beginner to advanced including Gentle and Therapeutics and Exercise.
An upheld philosophy here at Triad Yoga is one of compassion, seeing the needs of the individual as the highest priority. We address physical needs and offer tools for the mind and spirit.
Our 200 hr and 300hr teaching training programs are recognized by Yoga Alliance.
The Triad Yoga Insitute’s short history is now blended into the long 6000 year history of yoga, and for that we are proud.
