Triad Yoga Institute’s

300hr Teacher Certification

Triad Yoga’s 300 Hour Teacher Certification Program offers a two year program designed to be fun, informative, challenging, and transformative. This program utilizes a flexible module format so that graduates of 200 hour teacher training programs can begin at any time. Although it can be completed in two years, one can work at their own reasonable pace and complete the program over the course of three or four years. Graduates qualify to become Registered Yoga Teachers at the 500 Hour Level.

Over the two years period, there are a total of six Training Modules, two Teaching Skills workshops, and two 5 day Intermediate Intensives. The program also includes reading assignments and valuable time assisting the program director in classes and workshops.

There are also 2 required guest faculty modules offered as well. The guest faculty includes Elise Browning Miller (Scoliosis and Back Care) and Nicolai Bachman (Ayurveda, Yogic Philosophy, and Sanskrit Language).

At the end of the program, students will have the opportunity to design and teach a workshop class as their final assessment.
