Students should take Level 1 for three months. This Asntanga-style class is designed to increase strength, flexibility, and stamina while generating heat in the body and developing meditative awareness.return to top of page
This class is for teachers and students of yoga that wish to deepen their practices and studies of yoga in new areas for personal growth and transformation. Topics are posted on the "Announcements" page.return to top of page
Students will be introduced to the power of releasing tighten muscles due to stress, strain, and injury. Using breath, myofascial release techniques, and sustained stretching this class addresses issues relating not only to overused muscles but underworked whole body care, including tension headaches, insomnia, and emotional balance. The physical practice will be complimented with a portion of each class devoted to restorative yoga.return to top of page
This class is appropriate for students who are very stiff, not very strong, or just want to enjoy yoga accessible to everyone. It is ideal for students working with injuries, limited range of motion, and physical challenges.return to top of page
This class is for the person whose back problems need to be addressed in a specific class for back care. Appropriate for students with tension or pain in the upper back, neck and shoulders, and low back. This class is a pre-requisite for Healthy Back and Spine II.

This class is for the students that are continuing on their journey to heal their backs and spines. Students should have participated in the Healthy Back and Spine I class for at least 6 weeks, should be comfortable on the Yoga Wall, and should have an ongoing home practice for back care.

This multi-level Iyengar Yoga class focuses on sequencing and systematic instruction to take students deeper into their understanding of yoga asanas. As appropriate to their level and physical ability students will practice standing poses, inversions, twists and back bending.return to top of page
This class is for anyone wishing to experience the many benefits of Yoga, regardless of age or physical challenges. No experience is necessary to begin this class. Introduction to fundamental yoga postures, alignment principles, and breathing to increase strength, flexibility, endurance, balance and relaxation. This class is for those who have taken the Level 1 classes for at least three months (or equivalent experience in alignment-based yoga). Be sure to let your teacher know if you have any physical issues so appropriate adjustments can be made.return to top of page
This class is for those who have taken Level 2 classes for at least six months. More advanced asanas are introduced, asanas may be held longer, and deeper aspects of yoga are introduced. return to top of page
A vinyasa flow class that links conscious breath to mindful movement. Through the power of our inhalations and exhalations, we move slowly and smoothly with great awareness so our practice becomes a dance. By purposefully directing our awareness to our present moment experience, we create a space of freedom where calmness and contentment can grow. Power Flow is an energizing and fun class that links the breath with flowing movement called vinyasa. Students should take three months of Level 1return to top of page

In this class we will teach and encourage the practices of Purna Yoga Meditation, which encourage you to connect with your spirit in your heart center through guided imagery. These easy, yet powerful meditation techniques can be practiced into your day-to-day life. return to top of page
